i've been reading all of the posts that are left on here and everyone seems very knowledgeable about the diet.

i started SB 2 1/2 weeks ago. i went through phase 1 without any cheating, and also began running 2 miles five days a week.

still, however, i have not lost one pound. my current weight is 146 and i am 5'5''. i was hoping to drop just a few pounds, but i am not having any luck.

maybe the sb just isn't for me? any ideas?

Don't give up. You said you didn't cheat in Phase 1. What about Phase 2? How many pounds do you want to lose? I've been hearing if you aren't that far from your goal weight, it makes it much harder.
5 miles a day-wow! Thats impressive.
Anyways, good luck.

no cheating in phase two either. i'm actually starting to crave the foods ON the diet, so it is getting much more simple for me. i want to lose between 5 and 10 pounds, but nothing seems to be working. i started college last year and put on a lot of weight i never had before, and i would love to lose it before going back in sept.

Couple of questions...

You say you're in Phase 2 right (week one, I think I remember of P2)...

You should be getting 2-3 cups of dairy a day.
