Starting with Phase 2 - any suggestions?

My DH and I are wanting to start SBD w/phase 2. He has already lost about 90 lbs doing his own self-designed program, which is basically SB P2. He is reluctant to let me do phase one and just prefers to start at phase 2.
What is the best way to go about doing this?

Hi Robin,
Since your hubby is in full swing on the weight loss he might need to be in a full phase 2 and that would be following the Phase 2 meal planning guide including 3 grains and 3 fruits every day.
