My Stomach is Growing Again???

Why is my stomach puffed out again and I am only on day 2 of phase 2? I haven't weighed myself to see if I gained a pound or two back. Is this normal. I have taken metamucil once or twice, could this be doing it? Could it be the grains?

It could be the grains and/or the metamucil. Also, I remember a post where you might have been unknowingly overdoing it on the grains, right? In the first week of phase 2 you should be getting one grain serving daily. Too much, plus the metamucil could be causing the bloat.

Yes I have been over doing it with the grains. I bet that's it!!!
What constitutes a grain. Bread, pasta or rice. Am I missing anything. I guess I really have been over doing it. Yesterday I had turkey bacon, half a piece of ww pita bread, with some cucumbers for breakfast. Then for lunch I had chicken salad on half a ww pita with tomatoes and cucumbers. For lunch i had whole grain bread turkey and cheese sandwich. today was very similar.
I guess my question is how do i add carbs back into each meal without it being a grain. Does that make sense. I know in phase one all of my sides were veggies from the approved list, but of i could not add another side which would have been a starch or a carb. I know I'm confused. If I only do one grain a day, wouldn't that be just like phase 1 except for that fact that during one meal I can add a grain? Am I being to literal?

Basically, you are still eating foods from the Phase 1 Foods to Enjoy list, but adding allowed fruits and grains from the Phase 2 list.
In week one of phase 2 you should eat ONE grain each day. Only one and it doesn't need to be the same grain each day. On day one you can have

I get bloated a lot ... I think I have a bad reaction to certain foods like foods baked in butter.
So, I've avoided things like fish that is baked in butter. That isn't SBD-friendly anyway.
