A couple of questtions:
Is Sourdough and wheat sandwiches from Schlotzsky's ok to eat?
Also when the guidelines state that you can have one serving, is there a general rule of thumb of what that might be?
When at a restaurant that does not have "approved" bread to offer, is there a general rule as to how you can substitute startch servings in the future for some of that bread?
Is the beans that is served at TacoBell ok to eat?
Is it also safe to assume that any ingredient that is found in the SBD cockbook phase two is ok to eat outside of that recepie. An example would be canelope mellon. This mellon is used in one dish, could canelop mellon be eaten as a snack?
Thanks

Is Sourdough and wheat sandwiches from Schlotzsky's ok to eat? Though I don't know what Schlotzsky's is....I can tell you that whole wheat bread is always the best choice. Sourdough is permitted, though not the best in terms of fiber. Here are the phase 2 bread guidelines
