Early P2?

I started P1 at the beginning of the week, and am thinking about switching to P2 early. I *think* my cravings are under control, and I've found that by not having fruit to eat, I've been overindulging in other snacks like cheese and nuts. I'd hate to sabotage my efforts by having way too many nuts/cheeses, but I have a hard time getting my snacks in when I'm on the go.
Do you guys think this is OK? Or should I stick out P1 longer?
Here's a sample menu of what I was thinking of having tomorrow:
B: Egg, half a piece of toast, v8
S: Nectarine, cup soy milk
L: Big salad w/ 1/2 cup beans and artichokes, diet pepsi
S: Cottage cheese with cucumber
D: Grilled chicken and veggies, cup of milk
S: SF icecream
what do you think?

Hi Claudia, it's perfectly fine on SBD to skip ahead to Phase 2 whenever you please, or even to skip
thanks for the tip about the chapmans... not that it'll go to waste... i'm sure someone else in the house will eat it, its really delicious!
both my milk and my soymilk are nonfat, and my toast is 100% ww!
