Am I eating too much? Here is what I have had so far today:

B: 2 eggs cooked in Smart Balance wrapped in 1/2 wheat tortilla, dab of light sour cream, 1 cup chocolate milk made with splenda and skim milk

L: Slice of Turkey and cheese, 1 pickle, Black eyed peas (1/2 cup),drizzle of ranch dressing, 4 strawberries

ST: 1 blue bunny chocolate bar,1 oreo cookie-(I know!! It instantly made me feel yucky!)

Afternoon Snack: 4 oz Dannon fit/lite yogurt and TLC Train Mix bar

1+ Liter Crystal Light through out the day.
I know I need to add more veggies for supper. I am beginning P2 W3.

You are definately NOT eating too much. In fact, it seems you are missing some foods. If you are in week 3 of phase 2 you should be up to 3 fruits and 3 grains - I don't see all your servings. Hopefully you'll be getting more fruits and grains as well as more veggies and a protein serving with your dinner.

It looks like you are on the right track!!

Thanks Karen!
I just started week 3. I had a chicken salad with grapes and celery on half a wheat bun for supper, plus munching on celery while preparing. I am so full and it seems hard to get all of the required foods in! Maybe a banana in a little bit...Thanks again, I'll remember the 3/3 from now on!

You're doing great. It is more important to get the 3 grains in than the 3 fruits (though I would recommend no less than 2). Remember, a medium banana is one fruit serving, so a large one is close enough to two. Likewise, 15 grapes count as one fruit serving so 30 count as two. Got the idea? It may be easier for you to get your servings in than you think!
