SB new grocery options

There are alot of new SB items you can buy in the grocery storenow, like cereal, breakfast bars, meal replacement bars, frozen dinners, crackers,etc. How good are those? Is it better to stay away from those and stick to the 'real' food? I know those processed foods are usually not good to eat. If they are ok, how do they count (ie, 1 grain, 2 grains, etc)? And, are they ok to eat on Ph2? Any ones to avoid? They seem like an easy option when you don't feel like cooking but are they ok? Thanks!
