lost 5lbs!! 1st day on phase 2!

Its time for a celebration! I lost my 1st 5lbs!!! So after an extended phase 1 (because i have 50lbs to loose) I am starting phase 2 today! Yay for carbs again!
So for breakfast I had some oatmeal, green tea, turkey bacon
Lunch I'm going to have cucmbers, tomatoes, motzerella, and basil salad and milk
Snack Apple and yougart
Dinner Chicken, salad, sugar free pudding
what do you think of my menu??
I think i am going to start phase 2 kinda slow. like many others i am scared to
re-inrtoduce those foods. I am going to start with sweet potatoes, apples, brown rice, and oatmeal. I know these are foods I wont binge on. Any advice on this?
