Is it really bad if you just start grains and fruits (in general) once you have finished P1, rather than adding them back in gradually? Yesterday I had a SB meal replacement bar for bfast, and then a WW bagel (mini) with light cream cheese for lunch. I didn't realize I had 2 grains until after the fact, but I felt ok. Is it just a cautious approach to add them back in gradually?? (I also had a really bad treat, and gained 2 lbs back! :( )
BTW, the choc-peanut butter MR bars are SOO good! How can they be legal?! LOL
Also, fruits...one a day? Or is it ok to jump right in and add more?
I have mentioned before ( I think) that I am feeling frustrated that I have only lost about 5 lbs. I have been working out with cardio and weights--started that about one week before I started SB--I just thought I would see more results by now, almost one month into it. And advice there? :(
Thanks, as always, for all your help!!
~Laura

Hi Laura,
It is suggested that you start off phase 2 by adding in grains and fruits very gradually.
