I would like to introduce myself. I am currently on Day 13 of P2. I am beginning to see results in the way my clothes are fitting and from my family's responses. The scale and I don't get along so I can't say in "pounds" how much I have lost. But I do know I feel better. Previously I was trying to "somersize" and had little success. I decided to take a step of faith and switch to the SBD woe not just for weightloss but for the health benefits it makes. I would like to share this recipie which I have adjusted from full fat to what I hope is SBD friendly. Please let me know your thoughts.

Pizza Crust

8oz. Can Kraft Reduced Fat Parmesan Style Grated Topping.
( Found next to the full fat version)
1T. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Egg Beaters or other Brand Egg Sub to equal 3 eggs.
2T. Reduced Fat Shredded Mozzarella Cheese.
Italian seasonings to your taste.
Garlic Powder to your taste.

Preheat oven to 450. Combine all ingredients thoroughly in a bowl
The consistency will be like that of cornmeal mush.

Spread mixture thinly and evenly in a nonstick pizza pan or
cookie sheet.(You may want to spray your fingers with cooking
spray to assist in the spreading). If not using a nonstick pan,
spray your pan with olive oil cooking spray.

Bake crust for 12 minutes or until golden brown.

Top with desired toppings, ******HOWEVER***** put mozzarella
cheese or choice of cheese on FIRST, than your additional
toppings, then sauce last to prevent crust from becoming soggy.

Turn heat down to 400 and bake just until cheese is melted.

Serve hot with a garden salad and enjoy!

I made the pizza crust last night with zuchinni, eggplant, green peppers, canadian bacon, spaghetti sauce, and low fat cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. It was GREAT.
