Too much breakfast?

So I am starting phase 2 and adding oatmeal as a grain. I was thinking along the lines of "you should have a protein with a grain" and had 1/2 cup oatmeal w/soymilk and a hardboiled egg. Now I'm wondering if that's too much food since I used to have just eggwhites w/cheese?

I think that sounds like a great breakfast.

It was definitely too much! I only ate about half the oatmeal. I'll probably make my old standby baked oatmeal with egg and possibly some tofu for protein. I'm just proud that I stopped eating when I was full!

When I have oatmeal for breakfast, I only add a TBSP or two of chopped nuts (suggested in the SBD book) then usually a glass of V8 juice. It's really feeling but you get the veggie, the protein and grain.
