I tried to find any postings on how craisens, dates and figs would count towards a fruit serving. I use the dried ones in salads, but didn't know how much would be a serving. Is there something on the label that I can use as a guide - like how many sugars, fiber, carbs, calories, etc? Thanks!

I'm so glad I asked! I was using Craisens on my salads to count as a fruit (it's hard getting in 3 fruits a day). I'll stick to dried apricots, then, since those are easy to eat and don't go bad too fast. Thanks!
