Are there any other good vegetables besides celery (yuck) that can be eaten with laughing cow chees for a snack?

In phase 2 you might like to have it with sliced apples and/or wasa crackers or triscuits.

I smear it on turkey breast instead of mayo then roll it up in lettuce leaves.

Today, I put some inside a piece of turkey pastrami, rolled it up and ate it like that. It was good!
