Just a couple of questions:
Are Wheat Thins or Triscuits OK?
How about microwave (lite butter) popcorn?
I know brown rice is OK to a certain extent, but how about INSTANT brown rice?

Triscuits are okay, Wheat Thins are not. You may have 6 to 8 crackers (depending on the variety, the number of crackers should yield 3g of fiber). These would count as a grain serving.
Popcorn is okay as long as you buy the plain varieties (no added butter, oil or transfats).
