Hello Guys

I'm about to start phase 2 which I am a little nervous about - adding those carbs back in! I am obviously going to follow the advice and do it gradually, but I just have a few general questions...

*How many nut servings are we allowed daily on P2? I like having almonds as a mid-morning sack, but also want to add 1 tbsp of LSA (ground linseed, sunflowers seeds and almonds) on to my Porridge & strawberries, and maybe add 1 tbsp Pumpkin seeds to my salad at lunchtime. Is this going to be too much?

*I'm thinking of making my afternoon snack cottage cheese or Ricotta with a "cracker"-type thing. Which is the best kind of carb to use as a "cracker"-type thing? Can we have Ryvita? or Corn Thins?

*Was also thinking I might have plain low fat yogurt in afternoon, with maybe some dried apricots - is this allowed?

*Are legumes/beans still limited to 1/2 cup daily, or can I add 2 serves with my lunch salad?

I always feel better planning my daily meal planner so any help with these questions would be great - thanks!
