I MADE IT!!

I made it to Phase 2. This is my first day. I lost 14.5 pounds on Phase 1. HEY!!! I have to admit that I am a bit nervous about phase 2 which I plan to start slow. For breakfast this morning I had sugar free vanilla soy latte vegie omlet and turkey sausage, which I know is fine for Phase 1 but I could have had some oatmeal or a piece of ww toast too, correct? Lunchtime, I plan to have some turkey on a piece of wheat toast (ff cheese maybe) and probably a piece of fruit. Dinner, I plan to have a salad with chicken and ff or sf pudding.
Is my menu ok?

Sounds great to me! Sounds like you're adding your grains and fruits in slowly which is great. Good luck and congratulations! 14 pounds is awesome!
