If I see another egg....

...I am going to scream! I was never a fan of eggs; the only way I can tolerate them is scrambled, and now that I am on my second week of phase 2, I think I have reached my limit. I usually scramble them with a bunch of veggies, but now I have been noticing that I am really only eating the veggies! Any other P2 breakfast ideas that you guys can help me out with? I am guessing it would need to be a protein?

Thanks so much! This board has been my diet savior!

If you are on phase 2, there are a ton of breakfast options! I often have yogurt w/ peanut butter for breakfast when I am pressed for time. WW pancakes or waffles are an option, as are SBD-friendly cereals and oatmeal. You could even just make a sandwich--have a lunch-type meal for breakfast. Check the recipes section for some other ideas.

Hang in there!

You're on phase 2, so you can be a bit more adventurous with breakfast!

Some of my favorites:

Oatmeal
whole wheat bagle w/ soy patty & cheese
ww bagel w/ lite cream cheese and smoked salmon
kashi or SB cereal w/ sliced banana

It's not a "must" to have protein with breakfast, but it may satisfy your hunger longer. Here are some more ideas:
