Thanks. I just wanted to have an idea what types of cereals I should be looking for. But, I also have the guidelines.

Thanks again,
Moe

I absolutely LOVE cereal (couldn't wait until I was on Phase 2 so I could eat cereal for breakfast)!!! Although i'd much rather some Captain Crunch with crunch Berries, I tried the Fiber One Honey Clusters yesterday...they are pretty darn good! One packet of Splenda and some soy milk and I was in heaven. Too bad I can't eat cereal 3 meals a day!!

Hey Cathy,

On the fiber one honey clusters I was wondering if this was actually legal considering corn in the second ingredient?

Well, that doesn't make sense to me at all.

Yes, corn is not a phase 2 food.

Oh, this is good to know! I'm not a big cereal eater but sometimes I munch on cereal that my boyfriend buys. Some of them are SBD-friendly and some aren't but I wasn't sure about one that has corn in it but one serving (30g) has 5g of fiber and 5g of sugar so I guess that is "good" but not a "great" choice. At least it's legal!
