Is there a brand of hot chocolate allowed on phase 2? I am craving it now that the mornings are getting cool. Also, is Pet milk allowed in a recipe if I make a soup that calls for it? My husband and I are still losing, I am at 15 pounds and he is at 16!! Thanks for all of the help:)

I use the Hershey's cocoa recipe and substitute splenda for the sugar. Be sure to count the cocoa as part of your sweet treats.

I know. I was counting SF pudding as dairy and not a sweet treat. I was having three and four a day and they are sixty calories each. Yeah, I don't understand why "unsweetened" cocoa is considered a sweet treat.

Pudding counts as both dairy and a sweet treat.

Cocoa powder is considered a sweet treat mainly because it wouldn't fit into any other category and the calories
