Can you eat oatmeal for breakfast?

In phase 2 can you eat oatmeal for breakfast?  Not the instant, packet variety (I know you can't eat that), but the regular variety.

If I can eat a bowl of that every morning with some chopped pecans and Splenda brown sugar, I will be so happy.  Breakfast is the worst part of phase 1 - I'm tired of cottage cheese and eggs.:)  And yes, I know there are other P1 breakfast ideas, but cottage cheese and eggs are both quick and easy...and I have 6 month old twins so I need quick and easy!
