I'm so proud of myself!

It's been 3 days since I got on SBD. I've been on it before, but only on Ph 1, when I needed to lose those 5 lbs. Anyhow, I cooked dinner tonight. My DH asked pasta and i looooove pasta! Although I have wwheat pasta, he dislikes it, so I made him some pasta with great tomato and 4-cheese sauce and ground beef. Both DH and my little son ate it and said it was great. I however, made myself a ww wrap with ham, cheese, and lot of veggies. When we sat down to eat, I didn't feel envious or craving for pasta. And did I tell you i LOVE pasta :)? I was surprised at myself how indifferent I felt towards pasta and the mysterious ways the diet affects my brain - I didn't even feel that i wanted it! I really preferred my ww wrap!

There are lots of SB-friendly foods that are delicious and make us feel satisfied. You're headed in the right direction - "mind over matter"!
