Terra Chips OK?

The biggest struggle I have with SB is that I am a snacker and am always looking for a crunchy / salty treat or side....

I was hoping that someone could let me know if Terra Chips are "legal". They are made with sweet potatoe, beet, taro etc. I have included the ingredents and nutritional info....Any advise?

Thanks

Karen

sorry, just cause they're vegetable chips doesn't make them healthy -- these are higher glycemic index veggies and still fried, I believe... I'd pass on them in favor of a handful of nuts or some popcorn (the mini-bags are perfect)
