Lossing my appetite

My appetite is declining rapidly. I am having a hard eating time all my food. No craving or anything. I am extremely busy though (school, excerise, family stuff and work). I am trying to add more starch and fruit. What is happening? I feel like I am forcing myself to eat. Does this happen during Phase II? I am not complaining but I don't want to hinder my weight loss?

Yes, this does happen on phase 2. It can be a challenge to get all your required foods in each day.
As you move on you'll learn to get creative. For example, make a smoothie with 1 cup each of mik and yogurt and a fruit serving and you've satisfied 2 dairy and 1 fruit. You'll get the hang of it.
