I see that they are allowed and I bought a couple today.  I've harvested the seeds from one.  It is funny that when I was a child and my dad brought one home I spit out all the seeds - exhausting fruit to eat LOL!  Now I realize we should have been eating the seeds.  Or maybe my dad DID eat the seeds but I couldn't do it?

Anyways, what is a serving size?  I didn't measure how many seeds I got out of the fruit.  It looks to be about a cup, maybe 1.5 cups.

I read the posts about it before and it says "enjoy the juice for breakfast" - um, are we really allowed to have the juice?

Well, all the work involved in getting to those seeds might burn a calorie or two.
