Okay i kno it's been about a month since i posted but i have been meaning to get back here and ask this question:
I found a recipe on this board that says to mix jello mixes with yogurt as a way to get your dairy. I was able to find the 'just right' ratio o the jello gelatin mixes but now that i am in phase 2 i would like ot know the 'just right' ratio of pudding mix. i tried doing it the same as i did the gelatin (1 tbsp mix per cup of yogurt) but it didnt taste very good so i tried mixing more and more to tase and it ended up tasting okay but hurt my stomach (i am guessing becasue of the atrifical sweetner).
So here is sit with several boxes of pudding mix and a whole tub of non-fat plain yogurt just waiting for the perfect combination :) Anyone care to enlighten me on what this ratio might be?
Thanks bunches,
Christy
PS. i have lost a little over 19 lbs so far! I am starting Pilates again as soon as i get my dvd's back from my friend ;)

Hi Christy,
Congratulations on your success!
The ratio should be 1/4 of the package of pudding per 1 cup of yogurt.
Makes sense and i will try it. I sure hope it tastes good...lol Of course i dont really have a problem sticking with the gelatin, just want more variety. Thanks!
Peace,
Christy
