Hi Ladies,
I am wondering. I drink close sometime 4 - 5 glasses of milk a day. If water does control my craving/hunger then I go for milk. I drink fat free milk. I have become addicted to it kind of. My weight loss is going strong but I am wondering if I should be mindful of my milk intake. It is funny, for a while milk would make me sick to my stomach but that does not seem to be the case anymore.

3 glasses of milk is recommended for phase 2.
