Stephanie is back and ready for Phase I

Well Im back... Its been a minute but I am finally ready to restart this way of life. I guess I was in denial that this diet really does work. I went off and tried other things and of course nothing worked so I am back and dedicated. Today is day one and I am still trying to get all of the eating in but Hopefully It will all fall into place. Dh is starting tomorrow so hopefully we will be able to motivate each other. We work out together every morning so now this will be the icing on the cake ...lol. I will be staying real close to the boards a tleast for the next 2 weeks.

Thanks!!! All i need to do is surround myself with positive people like you folks here. Im sure I will be fine. I do enjoy this way of eating. Just with a stressful job its so easy to stray or not even eat at all.

Day 2 of Phase I and I did pretty well.
Breakfast: 3 eggs (1 yolk and the rest with the whites) 2 slices Turkey Bacon and 1 slice non fat cheddar cheese w/1 cup green tea 2 tsp splenda for taste
Lunch: 2 cups salad (romain , cucumbers, tomatoes dash of vinegar and olive oil), Turkey and chicken breast sauted with red peppers, onions and garlic. 1 cup water
Snacks: 1 polly o String cheese, 1 sugar free Jello)
Dinner: Steamed Salmon with Salad, SBD Surprise mash potates, and cabbage, 2 cups of milk with splenda for taste and diet cocoa powder.
Additional water consumed.
