Help - weight gain on phase 2

I lost an incredible 14lbs on phase 1. I then went to phase 2 and added 2 table spoons of oats and a small portion of blueberries (the only change). However I put on 4lbs so I carried on and these 4lbs have stayed put. I really enjoy this diet and find it fits into my life however I need to see results, I'm not expecting a massive loss every week but some would be nice. I have also been exercising, 1 hour of intense exercise 5 x a week. So do I go back to phase 1 and stay there because my motivation is nose diving?

Hey Milly,
I'm on my 2nd week of P2. Last week I had stalled in my weight loss and some days showed that I had gained a few lbs. I was soooo frustrated. Then my dh said, "I don't think you are eating enough." And he was right. I started eating more (of the right foods) and 2 days later, I was down another 3 lbs!!!! Now I'm up again 1 lb. Who knows about that, but I agree that you probably need to be eating more.
