I haven't been doing very well on Phase 1... i get into this mentality that if I'm gonna cheat I might as well cheat right, so instead of having a bowl of all bran for breakfast, I go for a doughnut. AHHHHHH. Just for convenience. Grrrrrr.
I think the best thing is for me to just move onto phase 2, I'm on the run all the time and I can't find enough phase 1 foods to keep me energized on the go.
I haven't been having any cravings though, which is good, so I hope moving on to P2 is OK.
I didn't lose any weight on my week and a bit of phase 1, but I'm NOT going to give up. I'm frustrated with myself but determined to do better. I think with the increased variety of foods (especially portable foods; I'm out of the house by 9am and don't get home till 7pm and I don't have access to a microwave or a fridge!) i'll be able to do better. At least I hope so.

Great - don't give up!! There's no problem moving on to phase 2. It's always better to be satisfied eating fruits and grains on phase 1 than to fall off the plan entirely.
