Can you post the serving size in grams?

I'm not sure if this is the same cereal, but here is the nutritional information from my box of Post Shredded Wheat (spoon size). Here is a link to the product on wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shredded_Wheat

Serving Size: 1 cup
Calories: 170
Total Fat: 1 g
Transfat: 0
Dietary Fiber: 6g
Soluble Fiber: 1 g
Insoluable Fiber: 5b
Sugars: 0g
Protein: 6g

Ingredients: Whole grain wheat. To preserve the natural wheat flavor, BHT is added to the packaging material.

I'm pretty sure that this is SBD friendly, right? I like to sprinkle a little splenda on mine and have with skim milk.

ok -

One cup is 47 grams which means a one cup serving would equal slightly more than 1 1/2 grain servings.
