Starting Phase 2 today

I did not lost a pound last week, although I feel a little lighter and a little healthier this week. I think right before the holidays is a very hard time to do this but I'm doing the best I can.
So this morning I had oatmeal (YAY) and an orange.
Is there a limit to what I should be adding back to my diet so I can keep on feeling good like this and slowly lose a couple of pounds?

You'll be eating the same foods as you did in phase 1, however now you'll add one fruit and one grain each day for one week. Then you'll include 2 fruits and 2 grains in week 2 and three of each in week 3. You will also add one cup of dairy (2-3 cups per day is recommended).

yesterday was my first day on phase 2 so i kind of overdid it but not too bad. Today will be much better. I will post my menu in the folder below.
Feel free to comment. I woke up today and my tight pants are a little loser in the belly area and bum area specifically, so apparently I'm doing something right even though I've cheated a few times!
