After two and a half weeks of doing so well on Phase 1, I decided that I don't want to jump too deep into Phase 2 quite yet. So I figured I'd do a phase 1.5 by adding fruit to my diet. I would like to start by eating an apple a day and seeing how my weight loss continues. Is it safe to continue to restrict myself from phase 2 allowances? I've lost a total of 13 pounds so far and would love to lose another 5.

Phase 1 is only designed to last for two weeks. At the end of this time it is very important to move forward. As you know fruit and healthy starches are an important part of balanced eating.

The amount of weight loss in phase 1 should not be your gauge for moving on. Keep in mind phase 2 is a long-term weight loss phase. This is really the best place to work on taking the weight off and keeping it off. The purpose of phase 1

I would like to know what others have said about this...
Please share..Im finishing up Phase one..I have no idea how you could stay there -
but apparently you have WILL POWER!

As Karen said, it's not recommended to stay on phase 1 for longer than 2 weeks.

Great Stuff!
I was thinking of doing Phase 2 for about a month and then re-visting Phase 1 if need be..
I weigh about 160 and Im trying to loose the belly-fat. 140 would be Ideal..
