I lost 12 pounds since starting SBD in July. (I'm on Week 23.) So, it's slowly but surely for me. I haven't gained anything back again so that's encouraging.
I have 25 more pounds to lose to reach my goal and look forward to getting there in 2007. :)
Hopefully I'll pump up my exercise routine by getting a treadmill or something along those lines and that would speed up my progress.
Right now I use a mini-trampoline for aerobic exercise but don't use it every day or as much as I should.

Thanks for the update ~ 12 pounds lost is great!! Picking up your exercise will certainly get the scale moving. Good luck and keep us posted on your progress!

Just a thought -- try out Craigslist for your city, or stop at some garage sales in your neighborhood on a Friday or Saturday -- that's where you can get the BEST deals on exercise equipment. So many people buy the stuff new and then stick it in a closet, only later to post it online or throw it in a garage sale for just a few bucks! (Been there, done that!) :-P
