I used to use Swiss Miss no sugar added and Nesquik no sugar added when I wanted just chocolate milk. I don't know if they are legal, but I didn't have the patience to make my own.
a neat little tip to get lots of froth with FF milk is to stir 11 times clockwise, then 3 counterclockwise ,after adding the cocoa....looks like cocoa from the coffee shop!
I use the recipe on the side of the Hershey's Cocoa box and I use skim milk & substitute Splenda for the sugar.
So it's basically 6-8 oz. skim milk, heated. Add that to a cup with 2 tsp cocoa powder, dash of salt, 2 TB Splenda & 1/4 tsp. vanilla. Stir well. Yum!
