hey!
update on me is that ive been travelling the last few days and eating not so healthy,but making as many good choices as i can.could someone bump up the eating out post please?
i havent put on any weight but will be travelling and dont want to mess up the progress ive been making...(last 7 pounds left!!:) :) :) )

also i was wondering what other rice other than brown rice is acceptable for phase 2?and if someone has any idea about jasmine rice?

Hey,

I love wild rice! It doesn't taste plain and it's perfectly legal. I will sometimes boil it in chicken broth for extra flavor.

Oops! I was eating this quite often while I was in Singapore. Sometimes it was all we could find. Will stay away from now on.
