First day on P2

Today is our first day on Phase 2! Phase 1 was a lot easier this time around (this is my third time, and hubby's second), but we're still glad to be able to start adding a bit more variety to our meals. :)
As usual, not much lost on Phase 1, but I've learned that this is normal for me. I'm confident that the bit I *did* lose is actual weight lost, though, as I've been exercising for the last week (along with walking several miles/day at work), and muscle has definitely been added. All that remains is to keep it up, and I'll become healthier and more fit every day.
I had that Thick and Rough Oatmeal for breakfast today after my workout. I think I like it -- it's definitely different. It doesn't make a 'mush' like most oatmeal -- the oats just swell up and soften a bit rather than joining together. Kind of odd, but delicious with a little trans-fat-free margarine and a small dash of salt. I also had coffee (half of which was skim milk) with Equal.
Sorry for such a short post, but I have to go brush out one of the St. Bernards so I can bring him to the office today, and I haven't packed my lunch yet, LOL.

Just wanted to send you a congrats for completing phase 1 and I think that 5lbs in 2 weeks in an excellent loss! On to phase 2, I'm trailing right behind you on day 11 so I'll be asking for tips soon :)
