Hello. I started Phase two yesterday and I've noticed a greater need to make Bowel Movements. They are larger and the sensation in my stomach is very noticeable.

Is this common? It must be because of the added "good carbs," and fiber from fruits, right?

Sorry to offend and/or gross anyone out.....

Yes, the addition of fruits and grains can have that affect. Drinking lots of water can help. Hope you feel better!

It's not a gross question. :) All through Phase I, I tend to have the "opposite problem", so it's a relief to me to get to Phase II and find a greater ease of "going". I eat a TON of fiber even on Phase I (tons of broccoli and raw veggies, etc.) -- but I still have to take a fiber supplement to "go". This way of eating affects everyone differently, but it can certainly have an effect on your insides and how they work. Unless you're in pain or it is a problem to you, I wouldn't worry -- just "go" with it! ;)

I dont think its a gross question at all! I think that our bodies go through an adjustment when they are finely fed the "correct" foods. You know? I think we have all been there.
