Phase 2 today

I am starting phase 2 today. I had an apple for lunch and I can't believe how nervous I am to add grains and fruits. I lost 8 lbs on phase 1 but I totally know I can't live on that restrction phase but I am scared to start adding in all that food....My willpower has never been stronger though, so I am happy about that and reading everyones posts helps me so much to get ideas! Thank you!

Start slowly and you'll be fine. You definitely don't want to stay on phase 1 forever, it's not good for your body. Grains and fruits are good for you and essential for you to be healthy. As long as the cravings are gone, start with 1 grain and 1 fruit for a week.
