Hi Sheneq,
This oatmeal is too low in fiber.
I figured it wasn't good. This was the best one I could find. What's also strange is that most cereals only give you info in 45g serving size. However, I got that info from the website and it includes 340ml of semi skimmed milk. The oatmeal itself has .5g of sugar per 45g and still the 4.1g of fiber per 45g. Probably still not enough fiber, but it should be okay occasionally until I find something better.

i want to make baked oatmeal but don,t know which product to buy.any help???
For the baked oatmeal you would use "old fashioned oats".
I'm confused.
Hi Kim,
It's a bit lower in fiber than Quaker Oats.
Hi Kim,
It's just 100% rolled oats.

Sheneq,
Then it would be fine to have.
