I'm going to add to this...I'm taking it that the Kashi heart to heart I just bought is a no go as well. :(

Hi Jenny,

The problem with this isn't the sugar.

You know, I knew that too when I bought it. Guess I was just hoping for something quick. Bummer. At least I know there are some here that can and will eat it! I need to just stick to what im sure of and stop trying to make it better. LOL. Just because it says Kashi..boy I was fooled.. ;)lol.

You know a great option for a quick, hot, breakfast cereal is oat bran. It cooks in the SAME time as instant oatmeal (2 minutes). This is my favorite:

Cathy,

I don't get a lot of information from the box. It takes 5 minutes to cook. It doesn't say it's instant, but I don't think it's like steel oats. I would only eat it occassionally on weekends until I find something better.

Here is the link, if you want to check it out. Maybe you can help me find a better choice. We are moving into an apartment this week, so life is about to get a bit hectic for a week or so at least.

Wheetabix are okay, but the serving size is too small. I'm still hungry after that.
