Is this oatmeal okay for me to it? It's about all I can find for now.

I hate the bacon here and I can't find turkey bacon or sausage. I'm getting desperate for a Sunday morning treat.

You hit the nail on the head Cathy. It's exactly an oatmeal cereal. I haven't eaten it since I've been back on the beach. It's takes a few packets of splenda for me to eat it.
