Doing pretty well so far! :) I’m pleased with the results, especially because I was getting a little scared most of last week, when the scale went back UP, and then got stuck – and finally came down. Whew! :)

And, first milestone – I’m under 30 lb. to lose!! ::happy dancing:: JUST under, but under is under, right? ;)

I haven’t been exercising enough, so I’m really going to have to push myself on that a little. I didn’t hardly do any ‘actual’ exercise last week, other than a little bit of extra walking at work, and maybe a little bit with a video – but nowhere near as much as I’d intended to do. This morning was supposed to be a Tae Bo morning, but I’m having SUCH a hard time motivating myself to get up early enough. I’m not sure how to improve that. We aren’t staying up really late or anything. I guess I just have to DO it.

Eating is going pretty well. We’re trying to get 2-3 servings of grain per day, and now that our bodies have readjusted to getting that, we’re seeing improvements. Brian said yesterday that he could see that I looked thinner – which is awesome!! :) The twin-set I’m wearing at work today was really too small the last time I wore it (before starting back on SBD), and today it’s much more appropriately-fitting. It isn’t straining anymore, and the clip at the front actually stays clipped! It’s not “loose”, but it’s not tight, either.

Also, my pants are looser. It looks like I’m wearing about a 12 – not a LOOSE 12, but it fits without being too awful. The 14s are definitely loose! :) I was somewhere between a 16 and a 14 when I started, so I’d say that’s good progress! Got to keep it up!

Do you realize that you are 1/4 of the way toward your goal in just less than one month? That's great progress!

Way to go! Doesn't it feel great to see your clothes getting loose??! :-) You're right about the exercise, it can really help to firm things up. I'm also not a great one at getting up in the morning especially in the winter when it's so *dark*. What's your schedule like in the evenings? Could you exercise a bit then?
