Semi sweet chocolate and SF whip....

I saw it in the SB book that you can melt some semi sweet chocolate chips and SF whip and add pistachios to it..I made it and broke them into pieces..It was awesome as a sweet treat..but my question is..would only one sqaure count as the 100 cal or would it be 2 depending on the size? I'm trying real hard not to stir up any uncontrollable cravings by to much chocolate. Also my kids LOVE them. You roll it out between wax paper and cut shapes out..then freeze them into choc bars too.(I do that for the kids). I suppose you could make it SF too, but isn't sugar free sometimes just as bad?

Our limit for sweet treats is 100 calories per day. You would need to look at the packaging for your chocolate to see how it's measured and you would also count the whipped cream calories. I'm guessing that 100 calories would be a fairly small portion of this recipe.

ya, I remember reading that about sf products. I thought I had seen it where with some items its not very good for the sbdieter. I could be wrong so I wanted to check. The pieces I cut are pretty small so I'm not worried I've gone over my 100 cal limit. I was just hoping to squeeze in 2 pieces! BUT doesn't sound like I can. LOL.

I just bought chocolate plastic shapes today to make chocolate shaped suckers or treats for the kids. I usualy just use cookie cutters, but these are smaller ones! I plan to enjoy 2 pieces tonight! lol.]
