Chicken bites with peanut sauce?

I found this recipe I want to try but want to make sure all ingredients are ok.

Cut chicken into strips..then mix 1 tbl vegetable oil 1 tbl soy sauce, 1 tbl sf honey, 1 tbl minced garlic, 1 tbl ground ginger, and 1 tbl curry powder in a medium bowl and add chicken until completely coated. Put chicken onto skewers, and grill for 10 minutes or until juices run clear turning frequently.

For the sauce: this part I'm not sure how to substitute..1 cup chicken broth,  2 tbl soy sauce, 2 tbl vinegar, 1 tsp sesame oil..then simmer in small pan. Add 5 tbl All natural PB and stir until well blended.

Serve chicken on skewers with hot peanut sauce for dipping.

Now I tried to sub what I could and if I missed anything that is not good for me to have can anyone think of a way to sub it? I really want this and it would make me VERY happy!!! :) I think most except the chicken broth would be ok right? TIA!

YA! I have sugar free honey, and splenda but since the splenda can get expensive I tend to save it for very few things like my tea. The ingredients calls for reg honey but I changed it and the other products I was 98 percent sure, but I needed that 2 percent more before I actually made it. It does sound really good huh? I want to make it tonight. The pictures make it look REALLY yummy. I'm glad to hear that the chicken broth was ok. I don't use it much, so I wanted to make that clear as well.
