How bad is a pumpernickle bagel with the center scooped out (only the "crust" left) with light cream cheese? They order them at work sometimes and I usually decline but I really want one tomorrow. Thanks in advance for any responses.

Well, it's not the best choice and a whole bagel is usually more than one grain serving (30g or 1 oz). I would suggest order a whole wheat bagel, except that those made in bagel shops probably are not made from 100% whole grains. Can you bring your own whole grain bagel so that you don't feel deprived?

Thanks for the support. I guess I will just pass all together on the bagel. It's not the same if I have to bring it. LOL!!!! I will stick with the SBF egg and ham mini cups. By the way, I don't really like the canadian bacon so much so I use very thin sliced Boar's Head cappacola ham instead. I take the little strip if fat that is on the outside off so it is just the ham. I like the flavor better. I hate thick slices of meat. Is this OK?

It's ok to substitute lean ham or any other item from the "foods to enjoy" list.
