Hi everyone. I'm just finishing Phase 1 and hope to transition over to Phase 2 this weekend. Overall it went pretty smoothly (minus one episode of freshly baked oatmeal cookies!) and I'm happy to be down 5lbs! As expected, I'm nervous about the transition to the next phase. I'm concerned especially about portion sizes and just overall retaining all this info and putting it into action. It seems so overwhelming right now.
I have a couple questions (for now at least - I'm sure more will pop up). First of all I was curious about the General Foods International coffee drinks. I used to have one that I think was sugar-free. Does anyone know if they are ok, or is it loaded with some other no-no? My other question was regarding the brown sugar Splenda. I assume this is a no? I *think* it has 'real' sugar in it as an ingredient (not 100% certain).
