I am so mad at myself! I let myself have a soda with my sons since we dont keep it in the house usualy, and it just took off from there! I had that, more grains then usual..more this more that..and my cravings just went HOG WILD. Whats up with that? I continued to eat and take my vitamins as usual, but I had way to much on the side and ended up not feeling very well..some of the food really made me feel ill afterwards. Ive been doing soooo great without to many bad slip ups. Its nice to know I can wake up in the morning and make myself understand that its a clean slate..its just that I dont want to be in that frame of mind every time I think I can cheat. Thats why I try not to slip so my cravings dont go crazy. :/ Im just whining so I dont blame you if youve stopped reading by now..lol. At least today i only had a few bites of something I shouldnt have. A few more days and I will be back on track. Anyone else feel so lousy after a few doozy days?

My brother came to town for the weekend with his NEW girlfriend. My husband and I took them out to dinner for some Hibatchi :) YEAH! My favorite!
I started off with a Mai Tai and was like well...special occasion :) I had the broth soup stuff and then the salad with..INCREDIBLE dressing ...YUM...Filet Mignon and fried rice..OH my..It was so good...then I proceeded to drink another Mai Tai...
Its now Tuesday..and I keep thinking that....that night MUSt have set me back..
I being so good right now..but cant stop thinking about that night...

I can relate to what you are saying. I have had a bad couple of nights back to back and I also felt ill after that. But I made a promise to myself that I must journal and that I must acknowledge when I mess up. I don't beat myself up as everyone here suggests, but I acknowledge it in my journal so that I can keep track of it and confront it.

I understand what you are saying about getting used to the slip ups if you simply move on. The best thing is to make yourself accountable and to take note so that you don't fall into it as often and you used to.

Good Luck

You know, keeping a journal isnt a bad idea. Maybe I need to make that happen. Thanks! :)
