Ok, I start a new job next Thursday & I won't be able to eat any snacks between breakfast & lunch. So, I need some phase 2 suggestions of breakfasts that will stick with me for about 4 hours. Bear in mind that I can't really drink milk, soymilk or even lactaid...they all upset my tummy. Plus, peanut butter disgusts me. So, anything else is fair game. Ideas?

I find that Oatmeal (Old Fashioned Oats) or Kashi Go Lean keep me full the longest.

GL with your new job!

I agree with Tiffany - oatmeal is a good idea. Try the baked oatmeal too - you get 8 batches out of one recipe. It freezes well and defrosts quickly.

Also, try adding some protein to your breakfast - Canadian bacon or turkey bacon - it will help you feel satisfied longer.
