Thomas' whole wheat mini bagels

Hi everyone!
I found an old thread on here about the Thomas' 100 precent whole wheat mini bagels and there seems to be some difference of opinion about whether or not they are aloud. Are they ok? They have 3 grams of fiber, but HFCS is listed in the ingredients. I couldn't find another mini bagel that worked.
Thanks for the help!

I had one this morning as my first grain for the first day of Phase 2. It was delightful.
I ALWAYS have a bag of these in my freezer. They are great!
I saw these yesterday and put them down because it had 3 sugars?? it said 100% whole grain?? is this the same one?
Luly
Thomas' 100% whole wheat mini bagels are legal.
Edited to say:
LOL! Actually, it's the Pepperidge Farm bagels that I always have in my freezer!

Hi Luly,
All bread products have a little sugar in them, which is needed for it to rise.
