Hi everyone!
I found an old thread on here about the Thomas' 100 precent whole wheat mini bagels and there seems to be some difference of opinion about whether or not they are aloud. Are they ok? They have 3 grams of fiber, but HFCS is listed in the ingredients. I couldn't find another mini bagel that worked.
Thanks for the help!

wow, I could jump up and down (which I really should be doing to get some exercise ;) )
I had one this morning as my first grain for the first day of Phase 2. It was delightful.

"I saw these yesterday and put them down because it had 3 sugars??"

Hi Luly,

All bread products have a little sugar in them, which is needed for it to rise.
