Is anyone else familiar with this chain? I was wondering what on their menu might be SBD friendly. I know their wraps can be ordered with brown rice, as can their rice bowls. I imagine the wraps don't have enough fiber, though. I guess the tortilla chips would be bad, too, but you can ask to not get those. Thoughts for anyone who eats there?

Well, along those lines, I see the nutritional info for the low carb tortilla at Roly Poly. 1 tortilla is 102g with 31g of fiber. Is this SBD friendly?

Yes, I know this kind of stuff has been asked before, but the search function isn't working!

The tortilla you mention from Roly Poly is most likely not the best choice. When we see fiber content so high, it's usually a red flag that means they have added fiber fillers to beef up the numbers. I would steer clear of it.
